Hola, I’m Mia! 👋 I was exactly where you are now: dreading (or actively avoiding) work presentations, feeling anxious and unprepared. I honestly thought, "Well, public speaking just isn't for me, and that’s that!"
Years later, I moved to Ireland and began working with major global companies. Suddenly, staying quiet wasn't an option anymore. I had to face my fears and step up.
So, I practiced, I studied storytelling, and even took improv classes! Somewhere along the line, I started getting good at it. And, believe it or not, despite the lingering nerves, I actually started enjoying it. Who would have thought?
